FirmTempo is a workflow and task management platform designed for accounting and CPA firms. It enables firms to manage clients, track tax year engagements, assign tasks, and collaborate with team members. FirmTempo is not an accounting, tax preparation, or payroll solution.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. During the trial, you will have access to premium features at no cost. At the end of the trial period, your account will transition to the plan you select. If no plan is selected, feature limits associated with the free tier will apply. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.

FirmTempo, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Keystone IT Connect LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmTempo and Keystone IT Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone IT Connect LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
